Educational Qualifications:
Candidates should have completed 12th, Degree in Assamese /B.ED, Graduate in Arts and Craftd or Diploma in Painting or Drawing, Post Graduate in Psychology from a recognized University /Institute.
Age Limit:
The age of the applicants should have between 21-50 years as on 1st March 2020.
